1. Ownership of Content

However, by uploading content to Pelikula, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the services provided by Pelikula and across different media.

2. Compliance with Video Standards and Regulations

2.1. Your content must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to those set by the relevant film boards, regulatory authorities, and other governing bodies.

2.2. Content that violates any law, infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights, or is otherwise objectionable or inappropriate is strictly prohibited.

2.3. You must ensure that your content complies with Pelikula’s Community Guidelines, which include, but are not limited to, prohibitions against hate speech, harassment, violence, explicit content, and any other content deemed harmful or offensive by Pelikula.

3. Content Review and Removal

3.1. Pelikula reserves the right to review any content uploaded to the platform. We may remove, block, or refuse to display any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these terms and conditions, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws or regulations.

3.2. Pelikula is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the removal or blocking of content, or the refusal to display content.

4. Liability and Indemnity

4.1. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of uploading it. Pelikula does not endorse any content submitted to the platform.

4.2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pelikula, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1. Pelikula reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
