You can earn from uploading your film here, make sure that the film you uploaded is really yours (see terms and contitions page)

Once successfully uploaded, your film will be reviewed by our admin and contact you for a meeting to discuss and verify some important concerns.

Once your film is fully verified, we will publish your content to pelikula platform app where users will be able to rent and watch your film. Film is rented only – this mean user can watch the film for few times and their access will expire after few days, if they want to watch again they will have to rent it again.

Publishing Fees? None for the  first ten (10) film makers who will on board on Pelikula

A fee of Php 250.00 will be collected for admin and other tech assistance

You can earn as much, depending on number of users rented and watch your film. Its a profit sharing platform

Breakdown of profit & cost

Cost
– Php 5.00 cost per rent|watch (basically this is media server cost)
– Php 5% cost per purchase (basically this is the on top cost by GCASH/Banks/Etc and other payment gateway aggregators)
– Php 1.00 cost per user (that is visiting the site per day)
– Php 5.00 cost for administrative and technical maintenance
– Php 5% cost goes to PELIKULA platform
– Php  1% – lets give back to the community where we can fund film makers in need or do a feeding program or medical program to a foundation or orphanage

Sample computations

If you price your film for rent at Php 25.00 (recommended but you can set price of your film higher or lower)
– less Php 5 for media streaming cost
– less Php 1.25  for gcash & payment gateway aggregator
– less Php 1.00 user visit on site
– less Php 5 for admin/tech
– less Php 1.25 for PELIKULA platform
– less Php 0.25 for community
= Php 13.75 total deduction
= Php 11.25 total earning per rent

if your film got 100 rents
– 11.25 x 100 = Php 1,125.00

if your film got 1000 rents
– 11.25 x 1000 = Php 11,250.00

if your film got 1,000,000 rents
– 11.25 x 1,000,000 = Php 11,250,000.00

A report will be provided to you, also we will have an open dashboard and data – a meeting per film maker (so that you will know how many users rented your film. This is subject for schedule and some admin fees

Earnings will be sent to film makers every end of the month, along with reports and receipts.

Security is one of our top priority at Pelikula, we have the security features to secure the site and the videos, though there are instances that hackers are really good that what ever security tools or software can still be breached, even Google, Facebook, Microsoft got hacked. Though we are making regular back ups and our video storage is encrypted where it cannot be embedded to other websites.

At the moment, we won’t be collecting any TAX, you will have to pay your own Tax according to the  BIR rules. see https://www.bir.gov.ph/ – we will provide more info about this soon
